Please note these policies for River Run Bed Breakfast Inn, Salida Colo.
Bed Breakfast Rates include - Guest room with private bath and full breakfast. All rooms are designed for two guests; additional guests will have to be charged $15 per person.
In consideration of other guests, the Inn has a no indoor-smoking, no pets policy, no candles and welcomes children over twelve.
Cancellation Policy -
There is no charge for cancellations made two weeks prior to the date
of your reservations. But cancellations made up to three days prior to
your stay will be charged 10%. With less than three days notice, you
will have to be charged the full rate of the room unless it can be
re-rented. There will still be a 10% processing charge.
For safety reasons, candles are not permitted in the rooms.
Guests are responsible for any damages that may occur during their stay
Starting in 2008, we will rent to groups only with a minimum of 4 rooms rented to a group for a 2 night minimum stay.
