Individual Room Rental - see Rooms & Rates page for pricing
Whole House Rental - pricing below; each room has a private bath.
The Inn has a no indoor-smoking policy, no pets policy, and no candles policy. As a whole house rental, we realize families may have small children in their group; the inn is not child-proof and does not have bedding or seating for children. Parents will be fully responsible for the care of children and bringing appropriate equipment.

4 room rental: $400/night, 3 night minimum stay*
5 room rental: $500/night, 3 night minimum stay*
6 room rental: $600/night, 3 night minimum stay*
Dorm available only on a 6 room rental package for an additional: $30 per person/night
Kitchen available for use on whole-house rental only, or available on a 5-room rental paying $600/night.
Above pricing excludes holidays and special events weekends,
i.e., Fibark, Art Walk, July 4 and Brewfest. ~ please call for rates.

No Pets - No Smoking - No Candles.
50% deposit at time of booking; balance due 30 days prior to check-in
30 day cancellation period; $25 cancellation fee.
$100 cleaning fee if deemed necessary on multiple room bookings.
Discussion will occur if damages have resulted during your stay.
By mutual agreement, your credit card will be charged for the applicable damages.

These rates do not pertain to weddings and other group events.
If your rental plans include a wedding or other event, please discuss at time of booking.
For safety reasons, candles are not permitted in the rooms.
Guests are responsible for any damages that may occur during their stay
